David A. Yergey, Jr. is President of Yergey & Yergey, P.A. and one of Orlando's most respected probate and estate planning attorneys. With over 40 years of dedicated legal practice, Mr. Yergey has guided countless Central Florida families through some of life's most complex and sensitive legal matters — from administering estates and navigating guardianship proceedings to crafting comprehensive estate plans. A third-generation attorney, he joined his father, the Honorable D. Arthur Yergey, at the firm in 1983 and has continued building on nearly a century of the family's legal legacy. Born and raised in Orlando, David Yergey, Jr. is a lifelong Floridian with deep roots in the community he serves. A proud University of Florida alumnus, he is an avid Gator fan and enjoys attending Florida football games. Outside the office, David enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits including hunting, boating, scuba diving, and traveling. He and his wife, Barbara, reside in Winter Park and have one son and two daughters.
