Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the firm is able to assist with your matter, and (if we agree to representation) to perform the legal services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent your information.
Information you transmit to the firm before a signed engagement agreement is not confidential or privileged. Once the firm agrees in writing to represent you, communications about your matter are protected by the attorney-client privilege as provided by Florida law.
