TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

DEFINITIONS

OPTING OUT
To opt out, reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Opt-outs are effective only for the specific employee or number that contacted you. We may send a final message confirming your opt-out request.

AUTOMATED MESSAGES
You agree that we may use automated technology to send you text messages. Consent to receive automated messages is not required to receive legal services from us.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Text Messaging Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

MESSAGE RETENTION
Text message communications may be stored and retained as part of your client file in accordance with our internal recordkeeping and Florida Bar ethical guidelines.
